Presentation of amendments to the Public Procurement Act

Do you understand what the amendments to the Public Procurement Act specifically mean for your everyday work? Are you unsure how the new provisions will affect the preparation and implementation of procurement procedures, appeal-related risks, procurement documentation, or the relationship between contracting authorities and tenderers? Do you want to identify in time the challenges brought by the new legislative framework and hear how they are interpreted by representatives of institutions, the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures, contracting authorities, tenderers, and experienced practitioners?
