Projects and partnerships

UEP builds its expertise on real project experience and cooperation with relevant institutions, professional associations, and educational partners. We believe that high-quality education must be connected to practice, the current regulatory framework, and labour market needs. That is why we do not develop our programs in isolation, but in continuous contact with the professional environment in which knowledge is applied.

Through projects in which UEP experts have participated, extensive experience has been gained in complex development, infrastructure, and business investments, as well as in projects financed by European Union funds. We transfer this experience into our educational programs, workshops, and professional training courses, with an emphasis on practical application, understanding procedures, and ensuring high-quality implementation.

Projects that demonstrate our experience

Among the projects in whose preparation, implementation, or advisory support UEP experts have participated, the following stand out:

Construction of the Pelješac Bridge

Road Connectivity with Southern Dalmatia, Hrvatske ceste d.o.o.

These projects demonstrate the breadth of sectors in which we operate, from transport and municipal infrastructure to business investment and competitiveness development. This is precisely why UEP can offer education that is not merely theoretical, but grounded in real challenges and practical experience.

Partnerships that strengthen program quality

We would particularly highlight cooperation with the following institutions and organisations:

  • IPMA Croatia
  • Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education, ASOO
  • Croatian Employers’ Association, HUP
  • Association of Cities in the Republic of Croatia
  • Effectus University of Applied Sciences
  • SCU Travnik
  • Croatian Office for Creativity and Innovation, HUKI

Our approach to partnerships

We do not view partnerships as a formality, but as a space for creating real value. UEP builds its partnerships on expertise, trust, and a shared commitment to the development of high-quality adult education. Our goal is to connect knowledge, experience, and practice in order to provide participants with education that is applicable, current, and professionally relevant.
