Description

The Specialist Training Programme in Public Procurement is a professional programme lasting 50 class hours, intended for anyone who wants to acquire the knowledge required to work in the public procurement system and prepare for certification in the field of public procurement. The programme includes both theoretical and practical components, through which participants gain an understanding of the legislative and institutional framework of public procurement in the Republic of Croatia and the European Union, procurement planning, and the selection and implementation of public procurement procedures. Teaching is delivered through lectures, exercises, individual and group consultations, with a strong emphasis on the practical application of regulations and preparation for the written examination. The value of the programme lies in providing participants with structured, applicable, and exam-oriented preparation for work in the field of public procurement.
