The professional development programme DKOM Practice 2026, Most Common Mistakes, and the Appeals Procedure is a one-day expert training course intended for anyone who wants to improve their practical knowledge of public procurement, with a particular focus on the most common mistakes in procedures, current DKOM practice, and the conduct of the appeals procedure. The programme provides participants with concrete insight into procedure preparation, drafting procurement documentation, reviewing and evaluating tenders, adopting decisions, and handling situations that may lead to irregularities, appeals, and financial corrections. The training lasts 8 class hours and is based on practical examples and real-life situations from practice, in accordance with the Rulebook (Official Gazette 154/2023). The value of the programme lies in the fact that participants immediately receive practical solutions for reducing risks in public procurement and for acting with greater confidence in their day-to-day work.
