Description

The Programme and Portfolio Management programme is a practical training programme lasting 16 class hours, designed for anyone who wants to understand how to connect organisational strategy with the selection, management, and oversight of projects, programmes, and portfolios. The programme provides participants with a fundamental understanding of programme and portfolio management, including the planning of strategic priorities, the development of models for project selection and balancing, and the establishment of reporting and decision-making systems. Particular emphasis is placed on applying portfolio management models in a real business environment, with an understanding of the role of the PMO and ICT systems for PPM.
