Personalized AI Assistants and Business Automations

The webinar “Personalized AI Assistants and Business Automations” is a practical program intended for anyone who wants to learn how to use artificial intelligence to create their own AI assistants, automate repetitive tasks, and organize everyday business processes more efficiently.

Predavač: Stefan Martinić, mag.iur.

Description

The webinar “Personalized AI Assistants and Business Automations” is a practical online workshop lasting 5 academic hours, intended for users who already occasionally use AI tools but want to achieve more concrete results with less repetitive work. The program guides participants through setting up a personal AI assistant that remembers the context of their work, operates on real materials, and supports them in carrying out everyday tasks, from preparing content and summaries to assisting with reports, reminders, and business processes. The workshop is delivered through live demonstrations, individual work, testing and refining one’s own assistant, as well as setting up 1–2 personal automations or draft automated workflows. The value of the webinar lies in the fact that participants do not remain only at the level of theoretical understanding of AI, but by the end of the program have a specifically configured assistant, a clearer working system, and applicable automations that they can immediately use in their organization.

What you will learn

  • Setting up a personal AI assistant that remembers the context of your work and operates according to your rules
  • Selecting tasks that make sense to delegate to an AI assistant and tasks that are better suited for automation
  • Uploading your own materials, defining working rules, and adapting the assistant to your goals, audience, and communication tone
  • Using AI tools safely, with an understanding of which data you may and may not share with the tool
  • Testing, verifying, and refining the assistant’s responses to make it more useful in everyday work
  • Identifying repetitive business tasks suitable for automation, such as reports, summaries, preparations, and reminders
  • Setting up 1–2 of your own automations or draft automated workflows, with clear quality criteria and result control

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the webinar, the participant will be able to:

  • recognize the difference between general use of an AI chat and a personalized AI assistant tailored to their own work
  • select tasks that make sense to delegate to an AI assistant and tasks that are suitable for automation
  • set up their own AI assistant using real business materials, working rules, and expected outputs
  • define the assistant’s instructions according to goals, audience, communication tone, processes, and organizational needs
  • assess which data may be used in AI tools and apply the basic rules of safe and responsible use
  • test and refine the assistant’s responses to make them more accurate, useful, and aligned with the business context
  • design and set up 1–2 of their own automations or draft automated workflows for repetitive business tasks
  • check the quality of automation results and decide when a task needs to be refined, adjusted, or stopped

Who the programme if for

The program is intended for users who already occasionally use AI tools but want to take the next step and adapt them to their own work, materials, working rules, and repetitive tasks. It is particularly useful for those who want to reduce routine work, organize information more effectively, and set up their own AI assistant and simple business automations:

  • users who already have basic experience with ChatGPT
  • employees who want to reduce repetitive administrative and operational tasks
  • team leaders and project activity managers
  • professionals who frequently prepare reports, summaries, briefings, and business materials
  • marketing and communication professionals
  • HR professionals, educators, and people working with content
  • managers and professionals who want to organize information, tasks, and processes more effectively
  • employees in public and private organizations who want to use AI as a practical business assistant

Programme

  1. Introduction and objective: what it means to have an AI assistant that remembers your work
Participants are introduced to the concept of a personalized AI assistant that remembers the context of their work. They learn why this approach is more useful than a general conversation with an empty chat and how to identify which tasks make sense to delegate to an assistant and which can later be automated.
  2. Live demo: setting up a project and memory
Through a live demonstration, participants learn how to set up a project and the assistant’s memory, upload organizational materials, define working rules, and adapt the assistant to goals, audience, tone, processes, and expected results, with a particular focus on privacy and control over data sharing.
  3. Workshop, testing, and refinement
In a practical workshop, participants set up their own AI assistant using real business materials, test its first responses, and, with individual support, refine the instructions so that the assistant provides more useful, precise, and contextually aligned results.
  4. Live demo: automations and the anatomy of a good automation
Participants learn how to identify repetitive business tasks suitable for automation, such as reports, preparations, summaries, and reminders. Through a live demonstration, they go through the setup of an automated task with clearly defined input, output, recipient, timing, format, and quality criteria.
  5. Workshop, quality control, exchange of solutions, and conclusion
In the final workshop, participants set up 1–2 of their own automations or create a draft automated workflow. They learn how to check the quality of results, when to refine or stop an automation, and, through the exchange of solutions and a final checklist, receive guidelines for continuing to use these tools independently.
