Feasibility Study and Cost-benefit Analysis (CBA)

The training will be held ONLINE from November 12 to November 15, 2024, every day from 17:00 to 20:00.

The EU PROJECTS Institute – Adult Education Institution (abbreviated: UEP) is preparing a Practical Training on Feasibility Studies and Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) for you. The goal of the training is to help participants prepare the most important document needed for the application of infrastructural and other larger projects – the feasibility study and cost-benefit analysis (Feasibility Study and Cost-Benefit Analysis – CBA). Additionally, the goal is to present the content of the feasibility study and cost-benefit analysis as key documents for the preparation of high-value projects to be financed from EU funds and other sources, and to work on the preparation of the mentioned documentation through practical examples and group exercises.

Feasibility Study and Cost-benefit Analysis (CBA)

The practical training on preparing feasibility studies will be held ONLINE via the ZOOM platform.

The training will take place from November 12 to November 15, 2024, every day from 17:00 to 20:00.

Please note that VAT is not charged based on the relevant law.

Ariana Vela – the most renowned and one of the most successful consultants for EU funds in the country! She is the program mentor – overseeing individual consultations, participating in the review of final papers, and working on the examination committee. Her experience in the preparation and implementation of projects funded by EU funds is unrivaled, making working with her one of the most important and beneficial parts of the program. She currently advises government bodies in the preparation of program documents for the financial perspective 2021–2027.

Hrvoje Karažija, LL.M. – A Master of Law with nearly 10 years of work experience in project preparation and implementation, law, and public procurement. He is a certified EU Project Preparation and Implementation Manager, having completed the program at the EU Projects Institute, where he now teaches.
