Description

The Innovation Projects programme is intended for anyone who wants to develop new products, services, and business solutions through a structured and practically applicable approach to innovation. Through training and work on concrete examples, participants learn techniques for ideation, understanding user needs, designing solutions, and transforming them into a sustainable business model with a basic financial logic. The programme connects human-centred design, UX, MVP, agile approaches, and new technologies so that participants can develop innovations that respond to real users and market needs. A particular value of the programme lies in the use of templates and product management tools that participants can continue to apply in their own business practice.
