The EU Project Preparation and Implementation Manager programme is a specialised online education programme lasting 166 class hours, designed for anyone who wants to acquire practical knowledge and skills for the preparation, application, implementation, and management of projects financed through EU funds.     Participants gain an overview of the EU funds system, the financial perspective, and the basic rules for the use of grant funding. This unit focuses on understanding funding sources, types of calls, and the opportunities the EU offers to different categories of applicants.
  2. Developing a Project Idea and Preparing an Application
    This unit addresses the process of turning a project idea into a structured and eligible project proposal. Participants learn how to define the problem, objectives, activities, target groups, results, and indicators, and how to prepare an application in line with the conditions of a call.
  3. Budget Preparation and Application Documentation
    This unit covers cost planning, project budget preparation, and understanding the key application documentation. The emphasis is on aligning activities, costs, and results, and on avoiding common mistakes in application preparation.
  4. Managing the Implementation of an EU Project
    Participants acquire the knowledge needed to organise and manage a project after approval. The unit covers implementation planning, allocation of responsibilities, activity monitoring, deadline management, and the basic elements of implementation control.
  5. Reporting, Communication, and Project Visibility
    This unit focuses on the obligations that arise during project implementation, including reporting, documentation of activities, communication with stakeholders, and compliance with EU project visibility rules.
  6. Risks, Implementation Challenges, and Practical Examples from Practice
    Through real examples and practical exercises, participants analyse the most common challenges in project preparation and implementation. The focus is on identifying risks, solving problems, and making sound decisions in real project situations.
