Učilište EU PROJEKTI, UEP, is an adult education institution specialized in European Union funds, project preparation and implementation, public procurement, and project management. As the first Croatian institution focused specifically on this field, UEP develops programs that connect professional expertise, the regulatory framework, and hands-on experience gained through real projects. UEP is owned by AVELANT Ltd and is built on the professional capital and experience of Ariana Vela, with a project portfolio exceeding EUR 6.3 billion and more than 11,700 participants educated across various sectors.

Our goal is to provide education that is practical, applicable, and relevant to the real needs of the labour market. That is why we design our programs to equip participants with knowledge they can use immediately in their work, whether they come from the public, private, or civil sector.

UEP develops and implements its programs in accordance with the applicable legal framework for adult education and professional training, and holds the appropriate approvals and authorizations from the competent institutions. Formal education programs in the field of EU funds are approved by the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education. Programs in the field of public procurement are authorized by the Ministry of Economy.

Upon completion, project management programs provide participants with IPMA CPD Record & Proof of Participation certificates and digital badges as proof of completion of an internationally registered program. Non-formal programs in the field of artificial intelligence are approved by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.
