Successful attendance of the EU Project Preparation and Implementation Manager program brings valuable knowledge and skills needed to master the complex process of applying and implementing EU projects. The lecturers were great, full of good advice and examples from their own practice. Recommended to anyone who wants to improve in this area.

Upon completion of the training program in the field of public procurement, I can only give words of praise. The lecturers are well prepared, they know the subject matter well, and the best of all is that they hold lectures based on their own experience. The classes are very interactive, and participants are invited to share their own experiences and dilemmas. Thanks to the excellent lecturers, public procurement is no longer such a bogeyman for me. This will certainly not be my only experience with the EU Projects College! Well done

One of the most useful trainings I've been to. A well-hit ratio of lectures and practical work, during which experienced leaders excellently explained each step in the process of planning and writing an EU project project. Also, I would mention instructions and advice that are not written somewhere in the project documentation and official instructions, so practical first-hand information. An added value of the workshop is the elaborated own project proposal. 

I attended several seminars related to EU funds. After this, they are not worth mentioning. 

Excellent preparation of the lecturers, concrete answers to the questions asked by the participants. A combination of theory and concrete examples from practice. In a word: excellent! Praise to all!

Ms. Ariana Vela is one of the most recognized experts on EU funds in Croatia and the region. Her 21 years of experience, excellent knowledge of the legal, institutional, and financial framework in which projects are developed, are invaluable assets that ensure UEP operates according to the highest professional standards.

She advised and led EU funding for the largest project in Croatia (Road Connectivity with Southern Dalmatia). She designed the first Croatian portal on EU funds (eu-projekti.info), has prepared more than 500 projects in her career, written over a thousand columns and advisory articles for the media, and authored the first book on the preparation and implementation of projects in the 2014-2020 financial period (Management of ESI Funds, published by Školska knjiga). She specializes in solving complex problems in the implementation of infrastructure projects, irregularities in public procurement, and strategic planning, but approaches client consulting in projects from other sectors with the same passion. She is one of the few consultants who prepares and implements projects in all operational programs and European Union programs.
