The purpose of the workshop is to provide a detailed overview of key state aid rules, explain the amendments to the GBER, and clarify the rules on aid cumulation and the preparation of aid programs.

About the lecturer

Hrvoje Karažija is a Master of Law with more than 10 years of work experience in project preparation and implementation, law, and public procurement. He holds a public procurement certificate issued by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and has been a public procurement trainer since 2021. He specializes in the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures according to the Public Procurement Act 2016, for non-obligatory public procurement entities, as well as public procurement conducted within EU-funded projects. To date, he has conducted numerous small and large public procurement procedures with a total value exceeding 30 million euros.
