Program and Portfolio Management

The aim of the program is to define the fundamental concepts and benefits of program and portfolio management for business organizations. We will attempt to answer how strategies and projects are related, and how to initiate project portfolio management.
PPM encompasses defining the starting points and fundamental characteristics of portfolios, creating a general model for selection, balancing, prioritizing, and authorizing tasks, as well as reporting principles and using portfolio management results.
