Product Design and Strategy

Aligning the product and project portfolio with the company's strategic objectives is a process involving product and project teams, with a common understanding of goals and synergy of work being key prerequisites for successful balancing of priorities and quality.
Product strategy, finance, innovation, UX and CX design, resource organization, research and testing, are just some of the disciplines present in product development and management processes. It is a complex process as it brings together different disciplines and connects teams of different interests and knowledge.
For teams to be successful in integrating these differences and simultaneously delivering a product that is profitable for the business, they must possess certain competencies – a combination of skills, knowledge, and understanding of the disciplines involved. Market statistics indicate that nearly half of the products or services launched on the market experience failure associated with KPIs such as user satisfaction, profit, revenue, whether it is in the B2B or B2C segment. Through practical examples, participants will familiarize themselves with product management standards integrated into project management. The additional value of the program is working on examples using product management templates, which participants can further use in their business.
