Introduction to Agile (Scrum)

The agile approach is characterized by the idea of creating increments within specific time periods (usually two weeks) and offers the possibility of better product development and shorter feedback cycles from end users. The Scrum framework improves the ability to deliver value to clients compared to traditional methods.
Scrum provides a better way of working, emphasizing experimentation, incremental value delivery to customers and clients, frequent feedback, and fostering strong team dynamics. As such, Scrum today represents an important process framework within which people can solve complex problems that require adaptability to ensure the creative delivery of the highest quality.
Once participants master it, they will understand its simplicity. However, to make Scrum a part of everyday life, learning, practice, and repetition are essential.
