Innovation Projects

Innovation is not reserved only for technological laboratories and large budgets.
Through training and working on concrete examples, participants will become acquainted with innovation techniques applicable in everyday work in preparing projects for new product development, their placement, or the development of new user services. By using the Human-Centered Design philosophy, innovative solutions will be created during training, connecting the user and new technologies (AI, renewable energy sources, robots), and transforming the idea into a business case with a financial structure, i.e., estimating the costs of development and revenue. Participants will master techniques for calibrating products and incremental development in collaboration with end-users – UX, MVP, Agile.
An additional value of the program is working on concrete examples using product management templates, which participants can further use in their business.
