Agile Leadership

Agile leadership is a leadership style that aims to remove barriers to success, so project participants can be more efficient and productive. Managers and leaders of (agile) teams will gain a strong understanding of how best to support, lead, and coach their teams to create conditions for agility. Having an agile organization requires senior executives, middle managers, and members of agile teams to change the way they organize their work, manage the team, and measure work results. Since agile teams cannot do this alone, they need the help of the entire organization. Changes in people's thinking and working methods are needed to align goals and working methods to achieve better results.
