160 hours (130 hours of lectures, individual and group consultations, and 30 hours of exercises)
The program consists of theoretical and practical parts, including 130 hours of lectures covering the legislative framework for the operation of the EU funds system in Croatia, showcasing bodies within the management and control system according to thematic objectives and investment priorities, their responsibilities, and tasks according to their competencies. In 30 hours of exercises, the project preparation cycle and calls for project proposals, the content and stages of the grant award process, and the project implementation monitoring process, reporting, and audit trail will be explained in detail. Special attention is given to practical work with specific tender documentation and situational tests simulating real-life scenarios.
Participants will learn to apply the legislative framework and Common National Rules when preparing calls for project proposals, analyze project proposals, determine eligible projects, apply the methodology of the Common National Rules when monitoring the implementation of approved projects, and prepare reports for the European Commission based on completed projects.
