Manager of Preparation and Implementation of Projects Funded by the European Union Program
  • Participants will master the rules for preparing and implementing projects funded by non-repayable funds from the European Union Program. Specifically, you will learn to:
  • Identify funding opportunities for projects through European Union Programs;
  • Verify the eligibility of applicants, partners, project activities, and project costs;
  • Form project consortia and prepare partnership agreements, ensuring intellectual property protection;
  • Define project goals, purposes, and outcomes;
  • Utilize the strategic and legislative framework, specifically work programs for each European Union program, and other information in project preparation;
  • Draft a budget proposal according to the current methodology;
  • Create a project using the project cycle management methodology;
  • Collect supporting documentation and complete application forms required for project submission for non-repayable funds from European Union Programs;
  • Prepare project reports and implement the project in accordance with the rules of the call, reporting, and public procurement.

The educational program consists of 166 school hours, including 63 hours of theory and 103 hours of practice. The curriculum is divided into five units:

  1. European Union Programs – Opportunities and Strategic Framework for Utilization
  2. Preparation of Projects Funded by European Union Programs
  3. Implementation of Projects Funded by European Union Programs
  4. Completion of the Project Proposal

The classes will be conducted ONLINE via the ZOOM platform in morning and afternoon sessions.

Ariana Vela, MBA – the most renowned and one of the most successful consultants for EU funds in the country! She is the program mentor – overseeing the process of individual consultations, participating in the review of final papers, and working on the examination committee. Her experience in the preparation and implementation of projects funded by EU funds is unrivaled, making working with her one of the most important and beneficial parts of the program. About the lecturer

Irena Slunjski - a consultant with more than 20 years of experience in project preparation and implementation and over 300 completed projects in her career. One of the first consultants for these types of financing in the country and beyond. She has mentored the preparation of more than 400 project proposals. In the program, she is responsible for the aspect of project preparation and implementation as well as leading the group education process.
