Associate of EU Project Preparation and Implementation

The educational program for the position of EU Project Associate covers everything you need to know about preparing and implementing projects funded by EU grants. The program consists of 132 school hours of theoretical and practical training where you will learn all necessary skills for EU project preparation and implementation through concrete examples.

Participants will master the rules for preparing and implementing projects financed by EU funds, regardless of the funding source (Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027, National Recovery and Resilience Plan, EU Solidarity Fund, and others). Specifically, they will learn to:

  • Identify key information in tender documentation.
  • Distinguish important from less important information when preparing project proposals.
  • Participate in the preparation of project proposals.
  • Engage in reporting to the contracting authority and project implementation in accordance with tender rules and public procurement.
  • Fill out application forms through the eFondovi and eNPOO systems and submit project applications through these systems.

Associate of EU Project Preparation and Implementation

The educational program consists of 132 school hours, of which 83 hours are theory and 49 hours are practice. The curriculum is divided into five units:

1, Introduction to EU funds

2- Problem analysis and project goals

3. Creation of project activities and budget

4. Logical framework of the project

5. Implementation and completion of the project proposal

Her experience in the preparation and implementation of projects funded by EU funds is unrivaled, making working with her one of the most important and beneficial parts of the program. She currently advises government bodies in the preparation of program documents for the financial perspective 2021–2027.

A consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the preparation and implementation of projects and over 300 completed projects in her career. One of the first consultants for these types of financing in the country and beyond. She has mentored the preparation of more than 400 project proposals. In the program, she is responsible for the aspect of project preparation and implementation as well as leading the group education process.
