EU PROJECTS College - Institution for Adult Education (abbreviated: UEP) is the first Croatian college specialized in education about EU funds and project management.
The owner of UEP is the trading company AVELANT d.o.o. for business and strategic consulting, the company of one of the most famous Croatian consultants for EU funds, Mrs. Ariane Vela, with a project portfolio of more than 6.3 billion euros and more than 11,700 educated participants from all sectors.

We recognize the needs of our students because we work in the sector of EU funds, which is why we are the right address for your further education in this sector. You will be worked with and taught exclusively by consultants for EU funds with many years of experience in the preparation and implementation of projects.
The University of EU PROJECTS (UEP) established an Expert Council consisting of 10 members with the aim of continuous quality control of our programs and the methodology of their implementation. All our educational programs are approved by the Agency for Vocational and Adult Education, as well as the Ministry of Science and Education, and participants receive certificates that are entered in the e-workbook. In order to maintain the level of quality, we hired some of the most famous Croatian experts for EU funds, most of whom are members of the institution's Expert Council, and their work experience covers the public, civil and business sectors in all activities that are key to projects financed by EU funds.
